David is truly a stunning man. He is defineatly the most talented singer I've ever heard. His voice sends shivers down my back, and the lyrics and voice behind his Analog Heart album and songs from Idol are just imaculate. I'm 14, and I feel like I'm in love! Haha.

As for his personality, there's nothing like it. He is not afraid to show his emotions, and will really do anything to put a smile on someone's face. Look at Lindsay Rose, and what he has done for her. He made her dreams come true, all out of the goodness of his heart, and just thinking about it brings tears to my eyes.

How can someone be so perfect? So stunning, funny, humble, and care for his fans so much? He always thanks us for supporting him, but we should be the ones thanking him. He is the one who touched so many people's lives, not only through his singing, but through his actions and personality. He is the one who's inspired, and given us the opportunity to know that such a person like him exists, and can exist. So I think that we should be thanking him because I don't think he'll ever know how much he means to us. And through it all, he hasn't changed who he is.

I'm so grateful for him, because he has inspired me to follow my dreams, and to never give up. If only he could read this, or only if I could meet him someday... He isn't just a singer, but he is an inspiration. He is the one person I look up to so much, and would do anything to have the oppurtunity to be able to say this to him. It's weird, because I've actually never met him, yet I feel like I've known him my whole life.

So there, those are just a few reasons why I'm a fan of his. Normally to me, saying I'm a fan of someone doesn't mean a single percent of what it does when I say I'm a fan of David Cook.

If I sound obssesed or fan-girl-freaky, then so be it, but I know one thing is certain - he is my hero, and that will never change. Everyone says that I'm just going through a "phase", but they have no idea how addicting he is! Hah. I will always look up to him, and he'll always hold a special place in my heart no matter what happens- including if he does work at a gas station in 10 years, haha. But we all know that will never happen
