OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! David Cook in Guitar Hero World Tour
my son just told me there is going to be a package you can get for your guitar hero world tour set (whatever you want to call it) that will be David's songs from his album!!!! we play it all the time as a family and now we can play DAVID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! omg I am sooo excited!
You will have to purchase Guitar Hero World Tour...not just Guitar Hero., I do not know what it works with, but my son has a PS.
Can you see us rockin out to Bar Ba Sol??? mental pictures are flooding

I'm in my 30s and I LOVE Guitar Hero. I have four editions of it. My husband and kids (11 and 7) don't even play it. I've been trying to decide between Rock Band and GH World Tour so I guess I've made my decision. My only problem with getting either is I don't really have any space for the drum kit. I think it will come under the tree for me from "Santa."
If this happens that would be so cool!
I was thinking about getting my daughter Rock Band for Christmas. Are Guitar Hero and Rock Band different or would it be dumb to buy both. Her Grandma has me buy the gifts for her so I was thinking she could get her Guitar Hero.
I saw a commercial last night for Little Tikes Pop Tunes toys for infants-preschoolers. I checked it out for Christmas gift ideas and there is a Big Rocker Guitar that plays music by Queen, Buddey Holley, the Police, B-52's, Smashbox and Elvis. RCA needs to jump on that band wagon and get them hooked on David Cook while they are little! And parents, remember to keep pictures of your kids playing their guitars just in case....

Nope. And I don't even have a prepubecent beard. But I have embraced my secret shame and have already ordered mine from Amazon for my PS3 (which I own solely to watch BlueRay movies).
Wait...what? The economy is in the toilet? Discretionary spending should be frozen? Damn you, Cook.
Guitar Hero is definitely not just a game for kids. I'm 26 and my friends range from 21-30 or so and we all rock the Guitar Hero all the time. And it makes for a great drinking game! Seriously, it's loads of fun with or without Cook so don't feel weird about wondering if you should buy it. It's total fun.
Am I the only adult who is seriously thinking of buying this game for a child in the family in order to be able to play the Cook parts?
I am sneakily trying to get my nieces interested so I can give it to them for Christmas.

Is it really true? I've already read that one Daughtry 's song would be in GH world tour setlist and it's not there..... But if it's true, it will be fantastic to play david's song in my living room

I'm not getting my hopes up, but that will be AMAZING if it did. I just bought world tour last week and I'm still trying to figure out how to unlock the videos to see if the AI commercial's in there from the tour. I'm SO getting it if it's true.
I already bought GHWorld Tour for my sons for Christmas. I hope this is an add on to what I've already gotten.

well, my son is a bit in the know as he is in the gaming business.......and he couldnt wait to tell me about it...he doesnt know when it is going to be released., but can you imagine...we will get to be playing David, Kyle, Neal....ahahahahahaha I freaking cant wait...Merry Chrismas to me!!!! My other Son works for Sony and is also in the gaming industry....they usually find out about things long before anyone else...anyway.......I cant wait...I think I will actually pick up the mic and sing! I willknow the songs by heart by then...hahahaha could you imagine playing this game with the Dave!!!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

No freakin way!!! I have guitar hero already, but my brother had said a while ago that he wanted World Tour. I hope he has not changed his mind!!! I need this game now.
If that is true, I'll certainly get one. I have guitar hero. Still mostly on the easy setting for me, but my daughters are much better.

That's great news Robin... Now I know what I'm getting my son for Christmas.
I'm not very good at this game but after getting a music lesson from David tonight I might take up the guitar and/or hone by guitar hero skills while listening to his music. Also this is a great way to target the young male audience.

I was actually considering creating it with the in-game feature to add your own songs. This will be SO much better if it's ready to play. I will have my son keep an eye out for it. We've been having family Guitar Hero WT Sunday's and this will please me to no end!
