I'm a fan (and you should be too) because... David Cook is love. Seriously! He is a talented, charismatic man who won over my heart with his voice. When I hear him sing, watch him perform, I feel every emotion behind every lyric. He makes you FEEL the music, rather than just hear it.

Initially, I wasn't a David Cook fan. I thought he was really good, but he just wasn't my cup of tea. I loved Jason Castro, but sometime during American Idol, David worked his mojo over on me and I've been hooked ever since. I'd like to say that I started following him after his Billie Jean performance, but I think he really won me over during Mariah Carey week with his rendition of "Always Be My Baby."

Not only is he talented, but I believe he has a good heart. It's amazing to see what he's accomplished in a year. Nobody deserves it more than David Cook. I look forward to entering the next chapter of his life with him.

I've pretty much declared myself a David Cook fan for life.
