I am sorry to say that I never had the opportunity to see you locally (pre-idol). I am just sickened by this; however, I have a wonderful 12 year old that came first. We listen to you all the time and he loves your music as I do (although he plays the trumphet).

You have made me realize that I need to take time for myself. I was so upset last Thanksgiving when I didn't get to go to the Plaza for the lighting ceremony. I've been taking my son as a tradition for all the years of his life. Unfortunately, I had a unexpected nerve injury last June and was unable to walk to see you (they don't make it easy on those handicapped). Would you happen to have a photo of you playing at the lighting ceremony? If not, perhaps a photographer that you could recommend me get a copy.

From the first moment I saw you on Idol, I not only knew you were a fantastic, accomplished artist but there was something about you much deeper. As time went on, I realized it was how humble you are. What a blessed quality. Please don't ever get so large that you forget where you started, what made you passionate about your music, your fans, etc. Please don't ever let celebrity make you forget that when we are all side by side, we all put our pants on one leg at a time. I wish you had a page about your brother. I'm sure you want to keep that private; however, his struggles and his laughter certainly would be inspirational to others (let him sell his T-shirts and bracelets to carry on).

Also, perhaps its because I'm not computer literate but could you also have a tap with a "purchase items" on it. It would be so much easier to find "everything David". CD's, downloads, tour t-shirts, caps, calendars, etc. I feel so lost. I would like to purchase several CDs, downloads (if I can figure it out or buy an Ipod??? along with your brothers items. Tour information, etc. It is very important as well to donate on your site as well. I donated earlier on the run but I do wish I saved and donated for your family. I would like to assist with fundraisers or do whatever I can. My son is a great sales person at 12 if you can believe that one. I will pray and it will come to me. ANYTHING to be of help would be fantastic for me as I am off work on disability with my foot and have plenty of time to get involved in helping you. I just don't want to do anything you wouldn't approve of. My God lift you up daily!

You do remind me of "The Purpose Driven Life" by Rick Warren - and you don't even know it yet. Thank you for helping me!!!!

I am 48 years old and have listened to what are now legends in music from the 60's up to now. Yes there is many bands and solo songers that have made a mark in the anals of music history. I have liked David Cook since I heard him audition on American Idol. I also purchased his first CD and I like his music on it. I truly believe he could make a huge mark in music history as others have. He has a great sound and his music hits many generations of fans. Please the great music coming. Also my 9 year old son likes the song Bar-Ba-Sol.

When you said you wanted us to feel like we went through a workout after listening to the CD. I have never experienced feelings to the degree I have with you, and your God given gifts. You had me from Hollywood with your talent, but your keep me because of the whole package. You are real, genuine and ooze beautiful depth. Keep it up. Your not my child or one on one love interest, but you are MY IT MAN and I am so proud of you and for you. LIght On is awsome, you did so great making it your own and ours. To alll of us, You already are a success but I wish it for you according to your greatest dreams as long as it makes you happy. We dont want the flame going out and am voting to keep you around. You make life Verrry Interrrestink dawlin!! OH, on another note. Look into Chattanooga River Bend. Big Venue, outdoors on the River!! Main headliners come every year. The group you sang so awsomely with the night you claimed your Thrown, King David, , yes, ZZ, and others came last year. Daughtry, Jethro Tull, Alabama and MANY other great groups have come over the years. May, may not work out for this year, its in early June, but there is always next year. Sounds way too far away to see you again. But hoping to get a hug in Macon. 4 HOURS away, but bustin it to get to go.

Well First off I took your C.D To The Gym...Work out on "The Tread Mill"...It good work out music too...Well I just wanted to comment on a few things....I want your C.D To Go "Plantium" and go to #1 I am so glad it doing so well and it at #3 that awesome as well...Something to be proud Of "David" Anyway,is there any way you can post where you going to be at soon...Maybe in 2009 you can come to FL and come to "Orlando" Hard Rock Cafe...I really don't like The Other Venues Because they are like three hours away from my house...( I would go but I don't know anyone that would drive that far to go with me) so if you could come To "Orlando" FL that would be great that only 1 hour and 30 minutes from My House...so please consider this as one of your places you would put on a concert...I have never been there yet and it would be a "Awesome Memory"...you would make it special...David...So Come To "Orlando" FL if you can for your next tour when your next C.D...Speaking Of C.D I was kind of disappointed that Your Lyrics weren't in The C.D...I like "Memorizing" And singing along when I play The C.D so I was Hoping To Have That...Not sure if you don't have a say in that but please please please please have The Lyrics in The Next C.D..."Thanks" "All Your Fans Want The Lyrics To Your Songs" David Cook!!!! I think the song is awesome but the video does not make any sense. I think something with the military would of been right on. There are so many ties to military deployment in the song it is unreal and yet noone saw that when they went to make the vidoe?????? Someone totaly missed the mark and did not capitalize on what the song actually says. Dumb Video good song .

I hope someone can answer this for me...I just bought the CD and A Daily AntheM shows as #12 and is 15 minutes long but after the song ends after about 4 minutes, then there is 7 or 8 minutes of silence and then another song starts. Did I get a defective CD?
