I'm happy to say it is a fantastic album. I hate hanging out for an artists album only to disspoint, but I am happy to say David Cook's album is not one of these. Awesome.
Always a fan
David, I don't know if you actually read these but you are, as everyone is saying, amazing. I'm sure it gets old but your voice is just...you. There can never be another you because you are original, emotional, and most important, actually appreciative. Just think of what would have happened if you hadn't tried out! You have so many fans already, and there's always going to be more. I don't think anyone will be able to resist. Just stay true to yourself and who you are and even the sky won't be the limit. Love to you and everyone in your life.

Track 12 A Daily AntheM
No the time is not a mistake...there is a hidden track called Kiss on the Neck. Let the track continue to play after A Daily AntheM finishes and about 10 minutes later Kiss on the NEck will kick in. Or you can always fast forward through track 12 until you start hearing music play again. Good luck and enjoy it's a great song!!!!
New Album
Hey, I just got the album today. It's all I expected and more! On Track 12 "A Daily Anthem" it runs for 15.26 seconds. Is this a mistake?

Mister Cook- This cd is so incredibly amazing!!! I have followed you through your whole Idol experience, through your win, the tour and now the new record is finally here. I pre-ordered here, there and everywhere, and my end result - 5 copies. I ran errands yesterday and I could not BLAST your cd loud enough!!! This cd is everything I had hoped it would be and more. I can tell how hard you worked on it, in every note and every word. Every single song is now my "favorite". So as I am in my car yesterday, I get a moment of realization of what it is I am listening to, and I have to honest with you David..... I got choked up. Very impressive song writing on your new CD. The lyrics definitely show your journey with Idol, life, family and friends. "Permanent" brings a tear to my eye every time I listen to it. It is quite obvious who the song is about. I am sure Adam and your family are very proud of you. When I met you at O'Donovan's in Minneapolis, I told that you are my favorite, and it is for a reason. You do have a true talent that deserved to be discovered. I was able to listen to Analog Heart, another brilliant CD. Enjoy your journey! Bravo David Cook, Bravo!
CD is incredible!
I couldn't wait until Tueday when your CD was released and I was bitting at the bit until someone got here to take me...just had major back surgery a couple of weeks ago so doctor won't let me loose on my own yet but I GOT IT! It is absolutely incredible and was worth the wait! Thank you so much for bringing us such great music. I love it!
I along with i'm sure many can't wait until Thanksgiving night when you flip the switch and turn on the Plaza lights, I will be there cheering you on, unfortunately still in a back brace but standing proud you are a from Kansas City and still sharing the excitement of the Kansas City tradition!

So I went to Target yesterday to pick up a couple extra copies of the CD...plenty of Beyonce, Nickelback BUT there were only 2 copies of David Cook and I bought'em both...so David you were officially sold out yesterday! Big smiles all around!

Ok I bought the CD today and oh my goodness its the best.
The CD said to go to this web site to find the words. I can't find
it. Does anyone know where to look. Let me know.
I got it twice and still counting....
Well, I pre-order the album from itunes and when I tried to download my recent purchases there was some kind of mixed up (my fault) and I couldn't download it!!!! I panic and since I couldn't bare to spend another minute without my digital copy I bought it again from itunes and downloaded it, without the bonus track, of course. When I was more relaxed, I tried to figure out what happened with my pre-purchased copy and it download without any problems. Now I have two digital copies of the same record and will be billed twice, plus I the one I'm planning to buy at Walmart. ( I already went to Walmart but apparently is still not available, they told me to come in tomorrow.) Those are only my copies. I already decided that I'm buying all my friends a copy for Christmas. It makes a great gift and is cheap, at least I know I won't be broke on New Years.

I've been waiting to order from Itune because it didn't show a bonus song. Your official posting is that "My Last Request" is the bonus. Just was at Itunes to make my purchase and the "Magic Rainbow" song is still listed!!

Though I wish that the chat later on wouldn't be only for 'US fans'. If there are issues that US fans are only allowed to be 'in the loop' first, exclusively, maybe the management should let us know (the international fans) why, and we will be more than happy to be more understanding about the whole situation. It would also stop us from feeling disgruntled or alienated if such news happen in the near future.

Thanks so much for all the work and perseverance. The album is a joy. I've been listening to Axium and AH since the spring and love your music and voice. I really want to know the lyrics of your songs. The lyrics posted here, dc=42, and d-c.org are mostly accurate by my ear, but there are questions about some of the words in most of the songs. Can you provide an official version-- a pdf file for download would be great.
