I was wondering if someone could please tell me how to view the recorded version of David's performance right before the AMA's. Unfortunately, I forgot about them, then when I remembered and rushed to turn on the TV, although I got to see some of the preview before the show, with my luck, I missed David COMPLETELY!!! I watched the whole show, and finally did get to see David when he introduced Taylor Swift, but that was all! DAMN!!!! Anyway, if anyone knows how to access the recorded version, please forward so that the fans that missed out can watch!! David, PLEEEEESE come to the Pensacola, Florida area!! You have so many fans here, though none quite as neurotic over you as I am, I'm quite sure!! I LOVE you and your music!!! I think I saw that you are coming to Tampa, so I already told my family we'll just have to eat Ramen noodles that week, cuz mom is GOING!!!! Would someone explain to me what happened.I recorded both the AMA preshow as well as the AMAs (to skip through commercials and performers I dont like).But I watched a little bit of the pre-show and right in the middle of declaration it cut to a commercial.Why did they do that?Im going to watch the whole thing tomorrow so Light On will be there but still that just not nice to cut him off.

I agree. I was so upset when David's song was ruined by a stupid commercial. I knew there would be an uproar by his fans. But then, there he was, singing Light On, looking so good, and smiling so sweet. He and the band were great. Made my day, and night. David, you're the best!

I wish I could be there but I can't afford to fly out. I live on the other side of the US in Maine. I am so mad at myself for not trying to get to NYC for the album opening. I would have loved to have been at Hard Rock to see David and the band perform. David, I love the album!!! Congratulations!!!!

Like a darned fool I did not go to the gala in New York and have been kicking myself ever since. So I got a place at the AMA red carpet event (lucky lucky lucky) and I just bought my plane tickets! David, your crazy fans will do anything for you. I live in KC, so I'm sure you'll come through here on your next tour since it is home for you, but I will be at your next tour regardless. If you are on this side of the Atlantic I'll be there! And listen, I know you feel like you're living on the moon, but you are actually never alone there. You have thousands (probably more like tens of thousands) of us with you in spirit every day, supporting you, appreciating you, loving you. I wish you could feel it.

I've been anxiously awaiting to see David perform his new songs (live and in person) so I was so happy to see that they would be on the red carpet at the AMAs! But, I think I sent off my email too late (yesterday morning) and was told that all of the tickets have been given away. I'm happy that David had such a huge response but still it's sad to not be there. He should have all of his fans there that are able to make it. Plus, I live just 30 min away. I'm on a waiting list so we'll see if some spots open up and I'm able to go after all. Here's hoping!

I love the new album, including the hidden track ~ It was worth the wait. I had preordered the album, but then I received a notice that I wouldn't receive it until the 24th...I'm not waiting that long!!! Love it, love it!

I really really really, want to go i've been trying to meet David since Idol started, I waited a total of 11 hours at the Staples Center to meet him but I didn't , so I really hope I get to see him this time at least one more chance ,and I hope all the tickets aren't just given too industry people , I would think David would want his true fans there,and I hope everyone that wants to go is able too.

The beauty of David's voice is helping my husband understand my love for David's music, so my hubby actually suggested to me that is is not insane to go clear across the country should I be lucky enough to win a chance to attend this. (My husband listens only to classical music, so he knows a top quality voice when he hears it.)

There were people from California who came all the way to the David Wright Foundation event. So, I'm going for it.

I looked at the email address of who replied to us and it is an on camera audience placement company kind of like the one American Idol uses. We are on a list as David Cook Fans and our names are on that list...We will not be turned away as long as you are there on time and are dressed appropriately. If you dont dress accordingly they will refuse admittance. You do not need to be there early, just on time. I have been doing this all year for AI...we will be a separate group from anyone else and will be ushered in. I do not know if this means we get to go to actual awards or not...maybe just the performance...I am hoping it is more than one song!

I'm so ridiculously excited! I got accepted to go to this! I am completely freaking out! Now all I need to know is what time should we REALLY be there? The invite says be there by noon, but should we get there earlier? I've never been to an event anything like this before! Are we all guaranteed entry if we were invited, or is it a first come first serve kind of thing.
