Thanks so much for the recap. I really enjoyed all of your details and thoughts. I'm sorry you couldn't enjoy watching Andy this time. I hope you get to see him again soon. I know how disconcerting it is to not have a show for a while and have an unsettled feeling. I hope it gets resolved. Even though I was there I kind of understand what you mean. I *almost* went to this show because it is one of the cheapest and easiest places to get to from Denver but I opted for more of an adventure and vacation with Canada. And I'm already glad I made the switch. Not that anything seemed bad about this show and I'm sure David and the Anthemic sounded fantastic and I know not every show has to have something new or epic happening. But it did kind of seem like a warm up show or at least to me. I'm glad to know there were a lot of casual fans there and maybe the free entrance enticed some people to check him out. Also nice to hear your parents had a fun time. Mine were at Mystic Lake but did not have tickets so they didn't pursue trying to get in. Also thanks so much for trying to describe the new song. I know it is hard to explain an song nobody has ever heard and one you heard through a garage door. I just hope they eventually decide to play it. Thanks again!
