I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...David is a great artist. He wears his heart on his sleeve and writes songs and sings from the heart, I had watched every season of Idol before. I watched all way until Hollywood week. But with the 7th season there weren't any artists that really made me want to watch until the top 7. One night I dicided to watch again to see if I liked any of the contestants more than I did during Hollywood week. Well the night I happened to watch was when the competetion got to the top 7 when David covered Mariah Carey's"Always Be My Baby" As he was singing it, I was starring at the tv in awe of his talent. I got chills!!!! David's voice BLEW ME AWAY!!!! So I finished watching the show that night. Right away, I got on youtube and found the rest of his performances that I'd missed. I never missed another show after the top 7 show!!!! I bought DCTR on the day it was released! I LOVE IT!!!!! I can't tell you what my favorite song on the record is because I love them all for different reasons! I have a new favorite everyday!
