I emailed one of our local radio stations the other day, asking when/if we would be hearing any DC on the station. I was so looking forward to seeing David on SNL but was a little disappointed. I was already familiar with "Light On" and liked it but was not thrilled with "Declaration". I thought it was too harsh and screechy and the melody seemed lost. I am still hoping for a great album overall
I've been watching the video for about the umpteenth time today. Yes, I admit I have a problem, but I don't care. I'm likin' it. There were a few details that struck me as having Dave's touch all over it.
The name of the Coffee Shop is Hearts. All of the following tie in to this fact
The sign for the coffee shop is in a shape of a heart.
The banner on the front of the coffee shop has red lettering.
There are heart shaped signs on the windows.
The waitress has a red heart on her uniform.
The walls are painted red.
The lollipop the good looking girl at the counter has in her hand is red.
The car parked outside that you can see through the window is red.
There are several kids in the coffee shop wearing red shirts.
There are red accents on the drum set as well as the keyboard.
The bike is red, also.
Oh, and Cook is printed in red on the album cover. Will red be his signature color?
Do you think someone likes red?

David's hometown newspaper, the Kansas City Star, had a picture and short story today with random posts from their blog....one guys said David will be bartending again within a year....another said boring...nothing new....you get the picture...... if you want to let the writer of the article know what kind of entertainer David REALLY is, email him at tfinn@kcstar.com and let him hear from you!
Also, have you DC fans noticed the number of sites or articles available when you Google David Cook as opposed to say Daughtry, Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, David Archuleta, etc.......it is mind boggling....Cook is at something like 77 MILLION. Not to put the others down as I am a fan of all of them, but none of them compare to DC when it comes to just pure INTEREST. He has something special, the "IT FACTOR".......which we all know or we would not be on this site day and night!
Also don't forget to keep voting at VH1's top 20 videos....just Google that and it will come up....

I hate to tell ya'll I want it up in half an hour too. However, it IS possible to rig it to where it goes live based on your location. Basically it could go up midnight...whatever timezone you're in. It's a high tech pain in the backside that I'm hoping the webnerds didn't do. BTW may I call you guys webgeeks? It's much nicer.
