With the lack of David Cook merchandise out there right now, calendars included, some of us have gone to great lengths to create our own. This one is mine, however, I've brought it here to share with all of you. All you need do is print it out (standard 8.5"x11" size, I would suggest cardstock or photo paper, then bind it however you choose). Hope you all like it.
