I haven't written an entry on DCO in a while since my life has kind of caught up with me, but I noted the announcement on DCO regarding DC's cancelled shows. I just wanted to take the opportunity to give them my well wishes. I know it isn't easy to take yourself away from something you love, but when things come across that are measurably important, especially a family matter, then that should be a time for him to take for himself and in due measure. I probably can't speak for everyone, but no matter what happens, he'll still have the love and support of his fans through it all, myself included.

I'm kind of sad that I won't be able to make my venue of the gents' tour either. Much of it due to personal reasons (travel, expense etc.) I'm caught between a rock and a hard place and trying to juggle it all in one go, but I think things will work out in the end. If David, Andy, Joey, Kyle and Neal all find themselves in NC again, I'd love to go and would do so with open arms, even if they find themselves at the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach (idea for a venue, y/y?).

We'll see how it goes. Those of you in Wilmington (aka Wilmy-wood or the Port City) who are attending, please post your stories - I want to hear how it goes!
