Possible Deductions from These
#1 probabability: Declaration: Why: continue building rock anthem theme from LO. DC original. Uptempo from LO. Great showcase for band and live performance. Strong fan response, Already selling before being official single. Evidence: use on national television, MySpace, web concerts, Clear Channel, and live test gigs.
#2 probability: Lie. Why: complete change of pace from LO. Acoustic vibe. Showcase other side of DC. Hyper-Radio friendly. "First listen/instant" appeal. DC original. Evidence: use in web concerts, live gigs. Called out on album sticker.
# 3 probability: Life on the Moon. Why: change of pace from LO, more elegiac. Nice tie to DC story. Could be used on new Idol season. DC original. Evidence: use in live gigs. Partial on national TV. Got its own acoustic version on Sirius. Called out on album sticker.
#4 probability: Permanent. Why: breadth of appeal. Showstopper. Evidence: featured on MySpace, Candada SYTYCD, frequent mentions in reviews, press. Evidence against: no live performances yet; not called out on album sticker.
I would say with this song there are potential drawbacks, namely: Showstopper. Singles are aimed at gaining radio play, and it's not clear how open various formats would be to a song that does not slide easily in between other songs. On the other hand, I think this would KILL as part of a soundtrack
#5 probability: Come Back to Me: Why: radio friendly. More romance, upbeat vibe then LO, Declaration. Evidence: sticker call out. Evidence against: no live performances, not featured anywhere yet.
#6 probability: Heroes: Why: radio friendly/soundtrack friendly. Uptempo and upbeat. Added to web concerts and live sets. Fragment played on TV: GMA. Evidence against: not on album sticker or featured anywhere yet.

A daily anthem
Oh, I love that too.
I know they can't ALL be singles, but I seriously love every song on the album except "I Did It For You." The rest, I still enjoy every damn time. Oh and Breathe Tonight.

ADAM and my prediction
First of all, you forgot to list A Daily AntheM (my favorite track on the album BTW!!!).
You have some great points in your prediction,
Here's mine:
2nd. Declaration
3rd. Come Back To Me
4th. Lie
5th. Heroes
6th. Life On The Moon
Surely Declaration and Come Back To Me are going to be singles at some point, the others may or may not be singles, and the order could be different, but I'd be surprised if any other song make it.
Permanent is one of my favorites in the album, but it has more potential to be in many Soundtracks.
