This is too funny, but I hate to break to you DC...thats a peace lilly, not a ficus! luvya!!

I found this to be very funny. I laughed until I cried and enjoyed the bloopers at the end. I especially loved the Godfather like music along with the Chicken screaming. It takes it to a whole other level. But then again I have a very dry sense of humor.

I can't stop laughing at the video, especially the "outtakes" of your brother laughing at the end....The Chicken noise kepts freaking out my dogs! When I got to the fair on Tuesday, I won 2nd row tickets from 96.9 in Phoenix, and it was one of the most AMAZING concerts I have been to! Can't wait for a new CD to come out (and the 2nd installation of A Ficus Flows Between Us) Smiling It's great to see what an amazing and humble guy you are!

LOL I'm freaking scared of the noises that thing makes!!

Hi!

I'm a Finnish fan and it's such a great thing you have considered us Finns at this website. However not much seems to be going on in the Finnish section...

I had a presentation today at my local university and played your song 'Lie' to my fellow teachers-to-be. The presentation was about inclusive teaching and, yes, it did take me some effort to justify how it was related to the topic. But for me the song is about the point in a relationship when the initial attraction has worn out and you realize that you companion is tired of you and vice versa. But the point is not to say it aloud to your companion but rather to think of ways to get through. This, at least to my mind, applies to teaching: we sometimes get tired of the people we're teaching and then have to think of ways to get past that tiredness and get along with the students, all of them Smiling That's kind of the idea of inclusion. That's really something to think about as I'm going to be language teacher in a few months.

Anyway, I love the song and of course love you too! I'm also a big fan of American Idol and I'm excited about the new season. I'd just like to know if you're planning on coming to Europe (especially Finland!) at some point? Smiling)

ok so this was probaby one of the funniest talk shows ever lol. you should definately be on comedy central!

I just wanted to point out that we have the same birthday just a few years aparts. I was born on dec. 20th 1990. When i found this out Im not gonna lie I got pretty excited.
I saw you at MGM Grand at Fozwoods and I have to say you are in my top 5 concerts (which includes the eagles), possibley number one. Just kidding you are absolutely numbber 1. I love how intimate it was. the eagles just sang there songs and were like thank you guys from coming. you actually interact with the audience which is so awesome! I just wish I had closer seats.

I'm glad to see all this serious musician famous stuff hasn't kept you from being the goofball you truly are in your heart.

Dear David,

Please know that I am not looking for any favors here. If this is to be, then it will be....

Let me start off by saying that I am a big fan of your music and how you bring artistry, ingenuity and fire to your craft. My heart goes out to you, your family and your music.

My name is Brian Marston and I am the vocal music teacher for the Archie School District here in Archie, MO. I'm sure you don't remember me but I believe we met briefly several years ago before you won American Idol. I accompanied my friend Jami Domeny to the Blue Springs Prom in May of 2003. I believe that your band, Primetime, showed up fashionably late and started dancing. We were all being goof balls and having fun on the dance floor for a long time. It wasn't until years later when you won American Idol that I even remembered this. If I'm wrong about all of this, then I am wrong, but I think that was you and your band that night. I think our paths have crossed before and could possibly pass again if it is to be.

All this being said, I have been planning a "Rock and Roll" themed choir concert for my kids at school in Archie. The entire school and moreover, the town, is very excited about it. I have been telling them for a while that I will try my hardest to get David Cook to come and sing a song or two at the end of the concert. I know and understand that you are a very busy man and I am not asking any favors of you. If you find it in your heart and more importantly, your schedule, it would be a blessing beyond compare if you were able to make a trip down 71 to come visit our little town of Archie some night in November. I have a lot of fun things planned for the concert and I fully understand if you are unable to make it.

We all love you and your music down here in Archie. You are a rocker through and through. I believe that you have and will continue to do great things for this world through your music.

I hope and pray that this message finds you. Please know that I have the best of intentions in my heart for this concert.

If you find it in your heart and schedule to do this, please have your booking agent contact me.

i told my friends about them and they were a good band, i guarantee you i let about 5 poeple borrow my CD and NONE of them liked it! they all said it was absolutely horrible.
i was so shocked! but i was like, i know i'm not the only person that thinks they are awesome.

Hey, where was crazy legs? Didn't see him on stage at the Allegan concert. By the way, great concert- not so great venue. Hoping you (David) can schedule different locations in MI next time around.
Sorry you didn't like the hat! It's admirable that you are true to the Royals.

Thanks for the memories,

P.S. chicken is much better than turkey

What a nice bright spot on a dreary day...

BTW - that is a PEACE Lily, not a Ficus tree...

You are definitely ready to emcee a talk show - I hear Ellen DeGeneres has a new gig! Maybe you can take over her show. The ladies won't mind one bit. I'm just sayin'.

You are so cute and adroitly amusing on Twitter.

Peace.

you are the bomb mr. david cook..

i've got question: seriously, what else or what other things you are not capable of doing?? i think there is nothing.. you're just a multi-talented person..
awesome what else can i say?? im out of words..

This was hilarious! Especially because my sister one day kept saying :Ficus:.
"How has your life changed since I won American Idol" I couldn't stop laughing at that part!

This is hysterical! Keep those episodes coming when you've got the time, in between touring and all that other crazy stuff!

Its great to get to know the "Stage chicken" before I see his live performance this Saturday in Salem, OR! Can't wait to be in the 6th row and get an up close and personal view of such an inspiring rubber chicken.

See you Satuday!! Wooooohoooooo

I showed this to my nephew and he loved it. He's 4. His favorite song is Permanent.
