April 24 2008 - Joey joins Alex Band's band - he is only with the band for 6 months - Alex announces his departure - some have suggested that Alex announced a temporary or year-long departure - I wasn't there so I don't know.

Oct 2008 - Joey joins David's band

Oct 2008 through Aug 2009 - Joey remains a top friend on Alex Band's myspace, Alex Band remains a top friend on Joey's myspace - other bands that Joey has been with remain top friends on his myspace - Joey adds the other members of David's band as myspace friends but never puts them in top friends - Joey never adds Official David Cook as a myspace friend

July 24 2009 - Alex blogs that his long delayed album will finally be released - a video will be made in August - touring will start in September - and international touring will begin early 2010

July 26 2009 - We hear that Monty will be joining David's band on tour for 6 weeks

July 28 2009 - David blogs an official announcement "First off, we are sad to announce that Joey will no longer be playing bass for us. We are certainly sad to see him go, and wish him nothing but the best as he moves on to his next musical endeavor."

July 31 2009 - in an interview David seems a bit tired and stressed after replacing his bass player.

Aug 5 2009 - Alex blogs that Joey has signed on with his band

Aug 5 2009 - owner of his fan site posts "Finally can talk about it JOEY is back New blog at ab.net" implying that she already knew

Aug 5 2009 - fan posts on AB fan site "Great !!! I feel better now...was not a real fan of that last bassist, but well, we knew that he was a temporary one =)."
