It seems as if a lot of people had trouble with the Borgata ticket site this morning. I know that it didn't work for me. But I was calling in at the same time. The ticket office was very free with advice if you called for info before the tix went on sale. They told me that the site was going to get slammed. They suggested that calling for tickets was a better option. They told people that rows A-E were going to be held for corp comps and high rollers.
It pays to spend a few minutes and do some research. For anyone trying for tickets that haven't gone on sale yet, I suggest that you call the box office for info and advice. Ask them what they feel will be the best method to get tickets. Check to see if there is any type of pre sale or preferred seating for players card holders(for the casino shows). Make sure if you are planning on going to a box office for tickets that it opens at the same time online tix go on sale. For the Borgata the actual box office didn't open until an hour after the internet/phone sale began. Try calling in one or two minutes before the ticket sale begins. You can usually get through at 9:59.
If you are thinking about going the broker route for Borgata tickets try waiting until it gets closer to the show date. Brokers will sometimes lower their price if they think they might get stuck with a bunch of tickets. I did this for the AI tour this summer and ended up paying $10 over face value for front row seats. Good luck everyone!
