Dearest David and Cook family,
Through these hard times I hope that you and your family finds peace and serenity. There is no doubt this will take time to get through, but I want you to know that we will be there waiting in the wings. You now have a guardian angel to watch over you every step of the way. I had gone through the same thing you are going through back in March, 3 days before your show in AC I had a death in the family. I didn't know whether to make the trip or not. But I knew that this was what I had to do. I needed to see you and all of my friends which has helped me with the healing process. You have been the rock! Please be that rock and keep laughing. I love to see you smile!
