I'm so happy that you had a wonderful holiday and that you actually got to REST. That in itself makes me smile.
But it's US who should be thanking YOU. Thank You for coming into our lives and sharing yourself and your music. Thank you for bringing all of us together-alot of strong friendships have been made this year that may not have been possible without you. Thank you for all the joy over the summer, the Mavid moments, the magic rainbow lace up tewer pants (come on you think we've forgotten about those???) The laughs, the tears. The Gnomes-and yes the anchored undergarments This was the best, craziest summer ever, for you and us. You want to talk lack of sleep?? We were right there with you listening to the cellcasts. Those west coast shows are killer when you are on EST. But I wouldn't have had it any other way. We were all part of the experience with you-and it was a BLAST!!!
Thank You for teaching us how to open up, and give back. Helping out has never felt so good. David, your influence has made me a better person and I'm happier for it. Thank you for being so amazing to us. Meeting hundreds of people every day, putting up with all of our crazy antics, and even now-buying your fans donuts because they were waiting in line to buy your album-David, that left such an impact on so many people-it won't be forgotten any time soon. You really are a class act. Thank you for the amazing album and the amazing band.
