David, you have surpassed my expectations once again. Can you do no wrong? From song to song, your album tells a story, has lyrics that speak to an individual or a group, and kicks you in the gut, laughing, crying, and screaming the whole way. The songs that touched me most were of course Permanent, Life on the Moon (which also gives me a pang of guilt for uprooting you from all that's familiar and safe), Bar-ba-sol (I've heard the original, and I love it, but your voice is like the icing on the cake to this track), and Avalanche. I have to say, honestly, I truly love every song . Not one stands out to me as a so-so track except maybe Time of my Life (just cause I'm sick of hearing it!) Amazing job, truly amazing that you did this in such a short time, while on tour.....you are a prodigy of rock, you were born for this..... embrace it. I'll see you at the AMA's!
