10 Reasons Why I Love David Cook
We all love David for various reasons. I thought it would be fun to try to narrow it into a creative "10 Reasons" list. I'll post mine below, and feel free to add yours in. You can borrow from mine if you want to!
David, if you are sneaking a peek, here's why we love you so!
10 Reasons Why I Love David Cook (in no particular order)
1. His kind, generous, and vulnerable heart.
2. The love he has for his family.
3. His ability to connect with his fans and the mutual respect that has been created within those relationships.
4. His gut-wrenching, emotionally draining songs. (See "Makeover," "The Truth," "Just in Case," and "Therapy.")
5. "David Cook is sex."
6. His exceptionally dry, sarcastic, witty sense of humor.
7. His humility and graciousness.
8. His Word Nerdiness!!
9. Mavid and all of the other priceless memories he gave to us from the "Tewer."
10. He is Everyman, extraordinary in his ordinary-ness.

Oh, and btw...the 8 became a smiley face because "8" + ")" is code for that particular emoticon. So any time the site sees that combination of text, it automatically changes it into a graphical emoticon.

Here's the first 10 things I thought of:
1. His voice (obviously)
2. His love for his friends and family
3. How much he cares about his fans and wants to keep in touch with us
4. His sense of humor
5. He's not afraid to cry
6. His songwriting ability
7. He's not afraid to go against the flow and do his own thing
8. His creativity
9. He's a word nerd, and proud of it
10. He always seems to put others before himself

It's hard to only pick 10 but here it goes, in no particular order
1. His is just so humble and down to earth
2. His sense of humour
3. His hair and eyes I have always loved his hair the before and after look
4. His laugh and smile whenever I see him smile or laugh I just can’t help but laugh too
5. His voice is just so beautiful
6. His song writing skills, his songs always have so much meaning and passion
7. That he is not afraid to cry in public
8. His love for his family
9. That he is truly thankful to his fans for everything that has happened to him this last year
10. His dedication to cancer charities so early on in his career
Ugh.. forgot sense of humor and sensitivity... love that about him... really, we should have more like 20 or 30 or 100 reasons we love Dave... what's not to love?

I'm going to answer this before I read the thread, so as not to be influenced by what others have written...
1. His Voice... including his speaking voice... it kills me
2. Originality and Creativity
3. His generosity
4. Have you seen himm with kids??? OMG... so cute!!!
5. Stage Presence.. the man is a rock god!
6. Baby got back... and front
7. Accessability... he's great to the fans!
8. Loyalty...He loves his family and he's not afraid to show it!
9. He is down to Earth and Humble. Love that!
10. His beautiful face... perfect lips, great eyes, adorable nose... what's not to love?

9. The way he makes you feel like he is singing just for you/connects to the audience.
8. He remembers to thank his fans on a regular basis.
7. He has remained grounded and approachable despite the sudden fame.
6. He looks amazing in a nice pair of jeans.
5. The lyrics he writes make me feel alive and help to heal me.
4. That he so obviously loves his family and friends and has no problem expressing it in public.
3. He is secure enough in his own masculinity to cry in front of millions of people.
2. The way he listens so intently when talking to you. He made me feel like I was the only person there when hundreds of fans were waiting to meet him and shouting his name.
Number 10-2 are in no particular order. But number one is definitely my top reason for loving David.
1. That he has chosen to use the power of his newly found celebrity to give back and be a voice for cancer advocacy.

There are so many reasons, but here are my top 10. (This was fun to think about. Thanks for asking.)
1. His sensitive soul
2. His sexy eyes (and eye brows. Wowza!)
3. His loyalty to friends
4. His lips (beautiful shape and beautiful smile)
5. His "passionate throaty voice"
6. His aibility to be a good sport (group numbers)
7. His love for family
8. His sense of humor
9. His intelligence
10. His cute butt
I'm actually not sure of the order of the top 10. I think the order changes from day to day, sometimes from minute to minute depending on whether I am watching his eyes, lips, butt, or listening to his passionate throaty voice, watching him dance, or hearing about his concern for family and friends, or getting a glimpse of his sense of humor (arrg), intelligence, or his sensitive soul.

1.)His soulful eyes and stunning smile
2.)his All Right Now AI performance when he stood up to Simon
3.)He is not afraid to show emotion
4.)His loyalty to his family/friends
5.)He is humble and appreciative of his fans
6.)How he is proud to be a word nerd
7.)How is starting he is just starting his career and is already so involved in helping charities/using his fame for good.
8.)His raw sexy voice that sends shivers to my very core!
9.)He appears to be so caring and genuine..like somebody that would be a blast to hang at a party with.
10.)His bad a$$ totally hot rock star personality on stage!
