I am sitting at my desk, and my boss comes in all excited and looks at me and holds up DC's album.....she says...Do you want to burn a copy?

I am smiling on the inside thinking..........geeez boss I have had that since like November!!!!!

So I replied and said well, actually I have 5 autographed copies, I dont think I need another one. And I have had it since like NOVEMBER!!! She looked so stunned....I asked her if she had listened to it yet and she said she just got it from her sister and thought maybe I would like to burn a copy to my computer (mind you this is my work computer)

I began to talk about the album, let her know about the hidden track etc...my favs, and then I told her he was currently in concert and I would send her a link of Permanent...(yes, the one where he dropped to the floor) I think I could hear her drop to the floor when she played it in her office.....I got one word reply back after she watched it and it just said......amazing!

She knew I had been to AI several times and had seen him in concert (as I had to get the days off of work to do that) so I guess I was surprised that she didnt realize what David meant to me personally. I do keep my obsession a bit under wraps, but I didnt think I was that good at it!!!
