Sweet Kyle
Kyle is an amazing drummer. Most of the vids focus on David, which I love, but it's so much fun watching Kyle's silky hair flying around, the blur of his arms playing those drums, and that smile! When a vid shows the entire band, it's almost impossible for me to take my eyes off of David, but there are some out there that show this great drummer in action. The Band With No Name is one incredibly talented bunch of guys!

I'm so glad I found this thread! I have been thinking about how amazing Kyle is on drums, and I love his vocals, too. He is incredibly talented! I can't believe he is only 21!
I absolutely love his energy and his hair! I have never seen a drummer that is more fascinating to watch! His hair is getting so long and I love it!
I went to an AC/DC concert this year. The drummer barely moves and plays the whole show with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth. Kyle is moving all over the place! I love it!
He is a super nice guy too! I had the chance to talk to him briefly after one of the shows I went to. He is just adorable!

I fell in love with Kyle's voice before I ever saw or heard him drum. When we first found out about him last October, I went to his myspace page and found the two original songs he has up there, and just love The One. A bunch of us DCO fans tried to figure out the words, and ended up asking Kyle on myspace comments, and he blogged back to us with the words. How sweet was that?
Then the first time I saw him perform, on SNL, he was the only one that could get me to take my eyes off Dave for more than a second, lol. Like someone downthread said, he throws his whole body into his drumming, and he is a pure joy to watch as well as listen to. Every beat seems so crisp, light, and energetic. I don't know much about drumming, have never cared enough to pay attention before, but even I can tell he's something special. I'm so glad David found him, and brought him into his "family".

I just like Kyle more and more and more. He is so talented, of course, but personally he just seems to me to be getting better and better. Maybe because he's married and happy.

kyle is my fav of all the band, at west bend i kept my eyes on him whenever david moved out of the way i absolutly loved seeing david give kyle the piggyback ride when they came back on for the encore (a great 18th bday gift

I'm so glad you're giving Kyle some recognition. He and David are my favorite band members. Kyle is a brilliant drummer and I love watching him play. All the guys are very talented, but there's just something special about Kyle. He and his drum set are in a league of their own!

Kyle is a phenomenal drummer. He has so much energy and I love how he puts his whole body into playing a song. He never misses a beat. (oh brother, eye roll, yes that was corny)
In Chesaning, I spotted him walking with his wife. Nobody took notice and if they did they were nice enough to leave him be, which is exactly what I did. But it was pretty cool to see him just hanging out. I talked to him just a little in Elyria, and he seems to be very nice and very down to earth. Love him.

Yeah, I have to agree with bouquet4921, Kyle is definitely the unsung hero of the bunch. They're all great, but after David, it's Kyle who holds a special place in my heart. He is so incredibly talented as a drummer, and his vocals are beautiful, too.
We just want more, Kyle, keep doin' what you're doing!
It's so great to see a thread for Kyle! I've been fortunate to meet & talk to him three times, and every time it's like I'm talking to my sweet little brother. He's so easy to talk to and so very friendly. Just a great guy. And, of course, an amazing drummer! Seriously, 21 years old and he's better than MANY drummers several years older. That's incredible.

Awww. I'm glad to see a thread for Kyle. I feel he doesn't get enough recognition. He is truly an amazing drummer and I didn't even realize it until HOB in NO on 7/7. It was a small stage and I was second from the stage. I actually felt the drum beats. Maybe because the drums are usually set further back I hadn't realized it before, but that boy is good. I think I watched him more than David, no really, I'm serious! I was in awe. I was impressed. Just Wow!
