I made a second account for Twitter. A secret account, and I have my tweets locked on that one.

When I was in my second account, I answered one of those poll questions, and it was announced on my primary account using my primary account name. It wasn't announced on my secondary account. Is this normal? It just doesn't seem right to me. My username and email address are different for both, but I set them up on the same computer. Shouldn't my two accounts be completely separated and have nothing to do with each other?

I was also wondering, if my tweets are locked, and I send an @ reply to someone who doesn't follow me, can that person see my @ reply tweet?
