David, now that you've been to the phillipines, when are you coming to malaysia? There are just as much fans here. You must come here someday. It would be so cool to have you here and I would definitely go see you rock Malaysia's socks off.
I've never got so fanatic over a singer because I always ended up getting bored of them in like less than a month or so. But you got me going since I saw you in Idol. I just love everything about you (or whatever the media shows about you)!

1. The weather was excellent during the week the 2 Davids arrived. A week before, there were 3 weather disturbances hovered around the Philippine archipelago and it was rainy.

2. Despite the humidity, the weather was perfect the whole week when the 2 Davids were in the Philippines.

3. Two days after the concert: a local showbiz hullabaloo rocked the country which may have stolen completely the limelight away from the 2 Davids.

4. A week after the historic visit: 1st case of A[H1N1] victim was reported in the Philippines. Fans of both Davids may have stayed away from crowds.

5. 2 weeks after: Potical protests, the unpredictable weather, and the increasing number of cases of said virus may have spoiled the party and the concert.

It’s like the 2 Davids are God-sent! We hope that they will come back and put some smile on faces and hearts of every Filipinos.

David,

The moment you elegantly appeared on stage, my world stood still. Every second of the concert was worth reminiscing. No, every second since your first step on Philippine soil was worth replaying on my mind. The euphoria that you brought is just indescribable. I don't care if I sound like a broken record, but your presence in the Philippines is the TIME OF MY LIFE.

Okay, this is long overdue. But I just wanted to say how amazing it was to finally see David perform live (and Archie too). I have watched Idol since the third season and I have never been so invested in any contestant until David Cook sang "Hello" on the show. Since then, I was forever ruined. Haha! Seriously though, I have never followed a contestant's post-Idol career nor have I downloaded any contestant's pre-Idol music before David came along. I just instantly fell in love with Analog Heart and ever since I craved for more of David's music. And of course, finally seeing David (and the band!) live was an awesome experience for me. There are only two bands/artists whose music I get to "feel and experience" whenever I listen to them: The Beatles and David Cook. Above all things, lyrics are what draws me towards appreciating a certain artist's music and David's amazing songwriting is one of the things I find enthralling about him as an artist. Thank you, David for creating such wonderful tunes. I will forever be a fan!

i am one of the 50,000 fans who watch their concert in concert grounds.......
its a shocking moment for me when the concert get started....
my god all of us running forward,we brought our chairs,just to see them both closely.....
all of the fans is in the state of panic i think...hehehehe...its very funny at that time....
david archuleta his fellow american idol was first performing on the stage...
then heres david cook performing...hah!!!!god!!!!!all of the people were like huh?
shocking face.......hehehehe... it was a great concert ever..... i enjoy it!!!!

Since your first audition on Idol, I have been a fan and avid supporter, though not as vocal as I am after your indescribable epic concert here. You are a true embodiment of a true idol. Your heart is pure, your talent is insurmountable, and your persona is just admirable. You are my idol. You truly are.

I was standing on my chair the whole time with my bestfriend beside me, screaming, jumping, waving my hands, clapping, with a camera on the right for video and cell phone on the left for audio record.. jamming the whole night through!!! that was the best concert ever!! I actually flew all the way from another city, I spent a whole lot of money just to experience this, I even paid my bestfriend's ticket so that she can share it with me.. but after all I NEVER REGRET ANYTHING>>> ANYTHING!!! the only feeling i feel even up to now is that I'm happy.. so so happy! and yeah, true, I was brought into delirium when you climbed down the stage! I remember my heart was pounding so hard and I was screaming, I was scared and very very excited at the same time.. it was a different feeling and it feels so good... david, even though you didn't went down all the way to where I was seated.. I mean standing, it was such a great move to be that even more closer to your audience, you just don't know how you made us feel so special.. I also wanted to say that you''re quite a showman, you really know how to handle a concert, take on the stage and move your audience and make your fans in an even euphoric state.lol.. and you did it good! so well, brilliant!! you were talking to us, we, I was responding to you screaming.. you acknowledged our presence even from afar.. you were looking at us that made me feel you're really looking into my eyes... I rarely look on the screen projector.. I was looking at you on the stage the whole time.. I was happy to finally see you in person! david, SALAMAT PO! MARAMING SALAMAT PO! *thankyou very much*

It takes great amount of effort to stop thinking about David and his awesome concert in the Philippines. Never has a day passes were I don't think of David.

You are an awesome dude and I will reiterate that your soul is as pure as it could ever be. It touches the inner core of our heart and soul. It saddens me to watch you performing in the US, as this reminds me so much of the joy that you have given me during your time with us. It is a beautiful pain.

The experience was absolutely euphoric and both Davids shall have my eternal gratitude for putting on such a brilliant show and taking the time interact with the fans, unlike other acts who just come, play music and leave without a single word of acknowledgment for the audience. In this case, we got two of our own. "Salamat po" Davids Cook and Archuleta. Archie, you proved to be a gracious performer despite your youth. And Cook, you had me holding back tears. I doubt I've witnessed a warmer, more sincere performer. I can't even begin to articulate the pure perfection of the moment, but the elation from that night subsists. You are both class acts and the Philippines will miss you. In the mean time, we'll fervently support you and await your return.

I will once again write to say THANK YOU! Because no matter how many times I say thank you, it will still not match the gift that you have given to us. The night was filled with all positive superlatives, and what a great way to lose oneself in your presence.

The day you arrive was the start of the concert for me. Waiting to see you in the hotel, till the late hours of the night is of no matter to us. Your soul traverses physical boundaries and connects with ours. I don’t know how to truly express the feeling of gratitude, happiness, elation, and love towards you. This is beyond any metaphysical realm.

You are my idol, my inspiration. We love you so much.
