Congratulations David for everything you have accomplished until now. You deserve it!

On the other hand, I was lucky enough to find and buy your three Axium CD’s, and I am really impressed how good they are, above all the third one “the story thus far”… definitively it is a masterpiece.

So please come back to your roots, to that style of rock when you record your next CD. It would be an amazing one, and I am pretty sure you would gain a lot of male fans. For instance, my husband doesn't care about your post idol music, but when he listened to the Axium CD’s, he fell in love with them immediately. He said, “That is rock!"

Congratulations David and the Anthemic! Hoping for more years of success and future concerts back here in the Philippines. I'd love to watch you again live.

I really have enjoyed David Cook's cd. I was sooo happy when i opened it up on christmas. I almost listened to atleast one of his songs everyday. It was amazing. He is my fav. singer and fav. American Idol. I love you David Cook!!!

Then I remembered that he was supposed to be in Las Vegas for the taping of Regis and Kelly that day, so I guess his day might've been full! I was so hoping he would be able to go, but he's got such a busy life now! And Congrats on the One year anniversary David! It just seems like yeterday when I received my CD, and couldn't decide whether to put my autographed boolket in the front of the CD case, or like preserve it in some preservative type sealed kind of a thing..whatever. It was the first time I had ever even cared about somebody's autograph (besides the ones on my marriage certificate!). Your music has since never hit the shelf in my house! It's always ready to be played in a radio or sterio, computer, or MP3 player. Thank you for sticking to your guns, and being you, and playing your way, and singing your way. Thanks to the Anthemic for being there to back David up (yes, you too Andy for stepping aside for David to Play the Lead for a while! I enjoy your voice as well in the MWK's albums!) It must feel unbelievable to know it's been a year already, when you worked so hard just to get the album out there. The success of this album is only the precursor to many more successes in your career. Since it is also Thanksgiving time, one of the things on my list of blessings is your music. Sit back and waller in your
spotlight for a bit.

When I think back to a year ago, I remember the excitement of waiting in line by the Virgin Records Megastore at Times Square to buy your album and get tickets to the free concert you threw for your fans. About midnight, the pre-Anthemic EEB boys and your road manager came by, hung with us and chatted for about an hour in the freezing cold. What great guys!

Just before 8, you sent us donuts and coffee! What a kind, sweet thing to do.

Then you gave a wonderful, wonderful concert, filled with excitement and joy.

It was great meeting fellow fans. It was great being with you to share our collective joy in your record debut. Thank you so very much for making the day so special for all of us!

Congrats David! I can't believe that's it's been a year already and I'm still a fan. Usually my fascination with new music artists only lasts for a few months, but not you. Your music has moved me and changed me in so many ways. You literally put yourself, heart, and soul into your music and express so much emotion. With that I can't help but say I LOVE YOU DAVID!!!! Keep going strong and you will make it far. Can't wait for your next album since I'm expecting the unexpected because you are predictably unpredictable. XOXO!

CONGRATULATIONS David!!! I can't believe it has been a year allready. Thank you Babe for all the great memories - from the amazing shows to the outside meetings at the buses. Giving all of us here at DCO a lifetime of memories.
I can still remembering that first day going to Walmart after work on 11-18-08 and buying 2 CDs. (1 for my car and 1 for my house). Not even getting out the parking lot and opening one and listening to all the way home and loving every song after another. Then thinking I can't wait to see these songs live.
I hope you have many more great and amazing years, you deserve everything that has come to you.

What an AMAZING year it has been... I'm so proud of you and everything that you have accomplished.
I can’t wait to see what the next year will bring!

The album was David's perfect birthday gift to me last year (November 18th) and I consider it one of my precious possessions (i.e. Picasso, etc.)... like winning a lottery!

I can't believe it has been a year since the CD came out. I still listen to it all the time, I can't say that about any other CD I have ever owned. All the songs are great and I never get sick of listening to them. I got to see you 3 times and I wish it could have been more--. Can't wait to see what you have in store for us in 2010!!!

I was at the Hammond Ind concert on the 18th and You were amazing!!!! Can't wait until the next album

It's hard to believe it's been a year since your record came out. I remember holding out for all of three days before breaking down and buying it (I was trying to be good and wait to receive it as a Christmas gift, but I couldn't wait that long). I remember slightly breaking the case because I was so anxious to open it and get your CD into my CD player. I remember how Barbasol really caught me off guard with it's grittiness and I remember really tuning in to Come Back to Me, right off the bat. I LOVE the album and still listen to it nearly every day (the other days I'm listening to Analog Heart or your music from Idol). I am really looking forward to the next album and the next tour. Keep doing what you're doing and keep being yourself. Your fans love you just as you are.

It has been a long time since I have been excited about new music.
You are the real deal. Congratulations on such a successful 2009.

Mr. Cook - DCTR exceeded all hopes - it has become one of my all-time favorite albums - something magical about how the "best song" on the record changes from day to day - a testament to your versatility. Thanks for all the great music, both recorded and live, over the year - can.not.wait for DCTR#2. I still have a little room on my ipod.

And Ms. Darcy - RCA should hire you for their graphics team on DCTR#2 - nice clarity and a sense of balance. And a good-looking subject. Can't go wrong.
