David Cook's GMA Performance!

If you didn't catch it this morning, David Cook performed on Good Morning America's GMA Summer Concert series and we have videos of the performance. David performed "Come Back To Me" and "Little Lies" with the other idols on the show and it was awesome! check out the videos below!!

Watching these performances on GMA....
I so miss being at David's concerts. I wish i could be at the one in Friant. David and the Anthemic are just so great. There's nothing that get's you flying higher than when they are rocking out. I will have to break out my videos of Sacrameto concert. Memories..

My cousin texted me while I was still on bed...
And when I heard that David was on TV, I jumped off of the bed and quickly ran to the nearest room with TV... Hahahah!

NO COMPARISON
Just goes to show that Kris & Adam pale in comparison to DC. Dave totally made them look like such amateurs & left NO doubt how truly awesome he is and why neither Kris nor Adam can even come close to approaching his all-around abilities. Inasmuch as the stage was massive in size, it didn't overcome DC's presence as it did for the other 2 idols. That's why David Cook is the true American Idol!

DC, You killed it!! but...
... me thinks Fleetwood Mac may not be your thing. Don't get me wrong - your sound, your band, your look, your performances and even the way you brought up Kris and Adam was totally, amazingly awesome!! But I do believe that's the second FM song I saw you do with the lyrics slightly "altered" (artistic license aside). Cheers for not freezing on stage! *wink*.

rocking. Seems a lot of publicity this week; what's up?? Could we be seeing a new video soon?
Ranking the performance is difficult: Adam, Kris, and David are different. All I can say is the more DC I get, the more I like, and I hope he has a long enjoyable career.

That was awesome!!! I missed both performances on GMA, and watching them for the first time right now...I think I just died. David, you rocked the stage like it was nobody's business..I forgot Kris and Adam were on stage! And I can't forget, the band sounded awesome as well:-)

David's performance of "Little Lies" with Kris and Adam was awesome. He clearly rocks the stage with his band. He only gets better and better each time he performs and is soooo comfortable on stage. He is still the No. 1 idol!

Great performance of 'Come Back to Me' and 'Little Lies'. David and the band sounded great as usual. I thought Kris and Adam did a really good job too, but David, you are still No.#1. When you are on stage, it is hard to focus on anyone else!

I thought they were great together, but of course David rocked it out the most!!! Together they had a great harmony though. It was nice hearing all their voices together.

David Cook The Last American Idol Owns "the" crown! Was Adam and Kris there!! Lol ~ Sorry guys that stage WAS David's Heart, Soul and uncompromised perserverance for his master work and it belonged to him and him alone! David brings it on each and every time and gets better and better! David's Band has bonded with him, knowing exactly when to do their part with the ease of friendship and strength of pros! I thought this was a David Cook concert in Central Park! So glad I chose to see David with his band at the Nokia Theater last night!!

It was nice to see the camera on Neil's "always awesome" guitar work. These guys just get better and better as a band! Andy rocked on voacals and guitar. David has that wonderful sexy and gravely voice going, particulary through the second half of the song. He never does anything halfway-throws all himself into those songs! Chis and Adam? Were they there? LOL Just saying...I only had eyes and ears for my boy! David Cook ROCKS! Just wish I could have been there.

I was in the 'big city' shopping this afternoon and stopped at Wendy's to get something to drink. I had placed my order and was jammin' to LL from the cd in my car when the girl who took my money says, "Oh my gosh, that's David Cook!". I asked her if she had seen him in concert and she said that she had seen it on GMA. I watched GMA and didn't see the song performed. She must have seen the webcast.
BTW - it takes a real man to wear pink and I think David carried it off very well!!

I thought the performances were great... I suppose Adam and Kris could have had bigger parts but I'm extremely biased towards David, so I loved it! Adam and Kris got their own songs which were good... surprised Kris isn't singing his debut song... but then again maybe not since it didn't fit his voice very well.
Did you notice in CBTM he cut off the ending on GMA and Regis and Kelly? I recorded both and watched Regis and Kelly's show first and I thought Kelly just cut off the song and he went with it but then he did it again on GMA. I like the ending part where it is really slow and then rockin' again.
Anyway, loved the performances today! Two in one day on the DVR for my hubby to complain about!!!

greatful for these links you provide here. Since I'm in Stockholm, I can't see David perform as much as fans living in US. Anyway, I very much enjoyed watching both performances. Almost felt like I was there a tiny, tiny bit. Also, fun to see Kris and Adam on stage.
