but i know, that's impossible because i live here in Philippines, really impossible to be enrolled at the school u went in.. hehe..

btw, i love your facial expression when you're saying the vidblog is over, waving your hands! haha..
i like it much! haha x]

Think I wish I was going to that high school on that day!! I bet that was a complete thrill for them. You are looking good and sound like things are going well. Enjoying the new singles and hearing them on the radio. Call at least once a day to hear your songs. Luv Ya!!

you rock david!!!

you'll always be my baby...(joke)

gud luck on your career...

see you soon,...

I bet the kids at the high school just ate up that performance. What an awesome thing to do. Just FYI, my favorite performance of yours will always be "Music of the Night" from your idol days. I'm a sucker for guys with rich rocker voices, and guitar skills- even better. But one that can pull off a song from a musical- one of my favorite songs even- ya, that pretty much did it for me. It gave me that "chill down your back" feeling.

Hope you and your family are getting along ok.

Buona sera,
Rachel

1: I am your biggest fan!! you rock!!!
2:you should tour in Canada
3: dont hesitate to drop into Centennial C.V.I!!!!!!

David, very sorry about the loss of your brother. I know how it feels, I lost my grandma. But she's watching over me and I know Adam is watching over you. And if you ever need to cancel a concert, don't feel sorry because we know. Just keep doing what you love and remember we're always here if you need any one of us! I'll be praying!
With love <3:),
Ashley Harris ( number 1 fan Smiling )

P.S. At your show in Ohio at LCCC, I'm going to be sitting in the front row, and I was wondering if you could maybe make a shout out to me or something:) If not, I'm fine:) Love you David <3333

First of all, my family's condolences on the loss of your brother, to you, your family and friends. Secondly, I have been on VH1 voting for you to rise to No.1 on the video charts....everyday...whenever I walk by the computer I sit down and vote about 30 times. I hope you rise to the top!!!

I just finished watching for about the 20th time, all of your performances on American Idol...you were that great. Your year was the first time I ever watched American Idol, and it will be my last year.....because I found in you the idol, I can enjoy and admire for years to come! I have made it to two concerts, one in Albany and one in Newburgh, NY. They were great.

At, 54 years of age, I am a pretty good judge of character...and you have it in many ways, David. You are humble, sincere, playful, goofy, cute, honest in your music, thoughtful, charismatic, heartfelt and yes, I'm sorry David's Mom, even sexy. I was so proud when your album went to platinum...there will be many in the future I'm sure.

Well, my chores are calling me....but you can bet I will be walking by this computer many more times today....We are all so proud of you. xxooPam

awwwwwwwwwwww i love his hair!! its soooooooooooooooo cute...................u rock david

heyyy can u come to my high school? jk
love you and cant say it enough Smiling

Dear David,
You should put some fundraisers/contests out to school. You should do a fundraiser for schools and if they raise enough you should come and do a show. Next year you should have it at Haverford High School in havertown PA. I know many kids that would love you to come and play Light On or even your newest single Come Back To Me. I know that next year kids in high school would love to see a performer (especially me). I would sell a lot, even though they just want you they would also be doing it for a good cause. Just a suggestion.

Love Dani :]

P.S -- if you do it this school year you should do it at Haverford Middle School. ;]

I send my sincere prayers and love to you, your mother and for any other family members.
David, you said,
"my brother never wanted his illness to affect others. That was evident in the fact that he wanted his illness to have no part in my experience on Idol, a point he was quite adamant about."

Your brother, Adam's illness did affect you and in a way did have a part in your American Idol experience. Who he was a a person and the illness shaped you, David. You received a positive maturing awareness of life, your life, the importance of your family, the way you developed a greater self. Your awareness of your feelings and what type of man, good and mature; you have developed into. I am so glad that your mother and Adam's wife and two children have you in their life.

I love the man you are. I love your singing voice, that is so rich and vibrant. Thanks so much for the video blogs, it is so good to see you.

David,

Please forgive me if this ends up in the wrong place but it is the first itme I have ever posted to your site... or any site really.

I was moved to write to you to express my condolences to you and you family over the loss of your brother Adam. It speaks so much of your character and commitment that only hours after suffering such a painful loss you honored your brother and your promise to run in the Race for Hope.

In this time of great personal pain - your courage, your integrity and the love you have shown us all is truly an inspiration.

At times like these few people are able to face the world but you have taken this painful moment to let the world in to share this with you. Please know that tonight each one of us send our love and prayers to you, your brother's widow Kendra and your niece and nephew in your time of need.

Please know that tonight all of our thoughts, our prayers and our hearts are with each of you. I hope it gives you strength and helps lessen the aching pain we all know you must feel from this devastating loss.

Wishing you blessings and peace,

Mary (Columbia, SC)

David,
I'm so sorry for your loss. Your brother was about my age / the age of my sister and I simply cannot imagine to lose a sister / brother so early. I will pray for you and your brother.

"May angels lead you into Paradise; may the martyrs receive you at your coming and lead you to the holy city of Jerusalem. May a choir of angels receive you, and with Lazarus, who once was poor, may you have eternal rest."

Everyone finds their own way to grieve. Grieving is important. Make the space, take the time, create the situation so you can grieve in your own way. It's only through the grieving that you come to really know and FEEL how much your brother is still with you...in new and different ways. He will continue to guide you from within your open inner heart. You are an 'old soul', I am sure, and you will know.
And I am sure we will hear his guidance in your music...and it will be beautiful.
You and Adam and your family are in my prayers. As amazing as it may seem, there is a whole world out here that you (and Adam) have touched and we are with you.

David,

Even when times are tough, like now without your brother, you can grow from the change. Let all of the good times get you through the rough days and make him proud! We are all so proud of the person you are and who you have shown us to be through your music - I'm sure that AC will be cheering you on forever. Never forget that those we love so much are never really lost, but with us always!

Keep on jammin'! You are "true" to your music and it shows! Let your music help you deal with all of this, and we'll keep listening - we promise!

Love ya',

I am so sad for you and yours. I saw you last night at the Sunfest. You were about a foot away from me. You were in the zone, your atmosphere was on fire, and all I could do was breathe you in.
prayers and peace for your soul,

I just want to offer my condolences to you and your family. You are always 100% family orientated and that is why we your fans love you so much. I know this is a difficult time for you and your family, but you will in time be able to go on with your life and he would want you to do that.

SO sorry to hear about the loss of your brother. Your love for him was so evident during your run on AI. I'm glad he had the chance to see you be so successful. He looked very proud of you from the audience. When you love someone, they're always bonded to you, so Adam will always be with you in spirit and in your heart.

With deepest sympathies,

I just head the news, David and my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family -- Adam's wife Kendra, their children, you, your younger brother and mother and father - and all family friends and loved ones who have been rooting for Adam all this time. I understand. Cancer took my mother, sister, grandparents and too many loved ones.

Know that he is always with you. He is now celebrating in heaven - free from pain and filled with joy. That is the best way to remember and honor Adam, as you all experience the grief and deal with this tremendous loss.

Meanwhile, understand that all of us who have embraced you and your family, friends and fans alike, are feeling your loss and lifting all of you up in our thoughts and prayers - now - next week on Mother's Day - and indefinitely.

May all of you remember the laughter, and the wonderful times together in a way that allows the pain in your hearts to be touched -- and diminished -- replaced by those countless healing memories -- along with the love sent your way by millions.

I'll be at your concert Tuesday night in Louisville, Kentucky. If the plane is still there on the cliff, Check it out. It is kinda cool looking. It freaked me out the first ime I saw it, however I don't know if is still there, been a long time since I was there. I hope to meet you that night. I worked really hard to help you get to be an AI winner, I had to replace my phones afterwards. Wish you Luck in the Run, I lost both my parents and several other relatives from cancer. I hope Adam is doing okay. He will always be in our Prayers And Thoughts.. Be careful out there on the road and I am so ready to see and hopefully get to meet you. Thanks for being such a kind person and will see you May 5th in Louisville. I am also looking forward to seeing this new hair style they are all talking about. Take Care

David, you looked so psyched to do that concert - I bet it was amazing! I know I've tremendously enjoyed the two shows that I've managed to attend so far.

Thank you so much for staying true to yourself - for the intimate venues, the charity work, the willingness to meet and sign, and the great music that you pour out of yourself night after night. Please take care of yourself and that beautiful voice of yours.

I listen to your songs every night while I walk my dog (and have for the past year) - it is my reason to get up off the couch and makes the walk a treat rather than a chore. I wish I could be at the Race for Hope in person, but I was happy to do what I could as a "virtual" runner.

Good luck and take care!

Wow

I have to admit that I love the new hair style. David looks amazing.
About the run: I hope you'll achieve this goal and it is very nice of you to want to do this.
