HOW TO GIFT "LIGHT ON"

You have been asking about it so here it is.
Instructions to gift "Light On" on iTunes:
* Open iTunes
* Ensure you are signed into your personal account
* Search for David Cook
* Locate 'Light On' under albums category
* Click through to the single page by clicking on the album art
* Select 'Gift This Music'
* Select 'Gift Album'
* Enter all necessary information, making sure to select the most appropriate delivery method
* Once all information is filled out, select 'Continue'
* If prompted, enter your iTunes user name and/or password
* On the next page, select 'Buy Gift'
* Select Done, or if you would like to gift again, select 'Gift Again'
Don't keep it to yourself. Gift "Light On"!

Gifting Light On
Do you have to have an iTunes account to receive Light On as a gift?
I sent my boyfriend a copy and he says that it is asking for a password when he opens it to add to his library.
I sent it to 3 other people and they had no problem receiving it. Maybe my bf doesn't know how to do it. LOL

It's an absolute joy to listen to his voice.
mp3 Light On
If you get LO on itunes you might have to burn a disk in order to rip it to mp3 format
If you get LO at Amazon it comes as mp3 so you can just drag it to your player directory when
it pops up when you plug it into your computer.
Remember people, there are a lot of radio stations that have not yet played Light On
and when they do sales just might spike to levels you can only dream about

Are the iTunes gremlins at work?
Arrrrgggh! I've already gifted Light On a couple of times this week -- so I know what I'm doing. But I haven't been able to get a gift to process all night. Instead I'm getting a couple of different iTunes error messages. Guess I'll try again later. {goes to drop kick lap top off the back deck}
HOW ABOUT CANADA?
Hey, does anybody know when we can hear LO on the radio stations here in Canada? Of course, I've downloaded it from Itunes but just wondering when we can hear it on the airwaves. Anyone from RCA have the info? Wondering why we don't read any press release. C'mon, we miss our Cookie.

I was trying to send Light On to a friend as a gift. I have a itunes gift card with credit on it, but it's still telling me that I need ot enter a payment method. Can't the gift card (that has credit left on it), be used to send this as a gift? I've never tried to do this before, so I wasn't sure. Thanks!

Tryin' to do my part
I have been streaming Light On via AOL Music Player non-stop day AND night on one, sometimes two, and occasionally three computers in my household! The only time it stops is when my home network has a blip! I also bought the single from iTunes AND Amazon... considering gifting it now! LOL! Thanks David!
