I hope the two stay as lifelong friends and maybe a spark will ignite something more special and they will live life together. They would also make very beautiful babies. I think they will both stay pretty grounded. They are both my favorites.

This is one Holiday Special I'm looking forward to seeing.
I think this will be one of the better holiday specials on this year not just because David & David & Carrie Duet. But, because it sounds like it wasn't the same old corny special that everyone does. Great song choices and also some pretty good guest not just David. Looking forward to seeing the two of them together their voices do blend nicely.

I have admired this video since I watched it the first time when it was posted. They are a great duo and I agree, I love BOTH of these Idol winners....They are great together. I always thought Carrie should win, but I was and still am a big BO BICE fan. Anyway, can't wait for the Christmas Special.

You know - I grew up in chorus - and it takes talent to harmonize like that. Matching tones, and style so that it's not just one voice over powering another. Stage presence and performance - just mesh wonderfully. Great job!

Carrie is one smart cookie...

An early holiday gift for David's fans!!!!
I am so happy to hear that David will be on Carrie's holiday special. I believe it will be great exposure for people who are not familiar with his music. Maybe we can turn some country music fans into Cookie fans!!! I must admit that their voices really do complement one another. I saw David perform at the David Wright Gala the night before DCTR went on sale as well as two Declaration concerts. I also had met him at the JCPenney meet n greet. I am so proud of his accomplishments. He just seems to get better and better. I am sad that I won't be attending anymore Declaration concerts, so this will be something extra special. I feel so blessed to have met the man himself twice. He is a wonderful, sweet ,humble guy. I will be his fan for life.
