David Cook - your performance on American Idol was so beautifully touching. You are such a wonderful example of what our young people should be. What a great role model you are. I knew when you won last year that there was something so much bigger that you will represent. Your music is beautiful and heartfelt - but your sole is a true gift. How someone so young can have so much is beyond me. When I think of an American Idol - it is not just someone who can sing and sell records - but someone that has a higher purpose than just promoting themselves. You are an American Idol and the best that ever or will ever come to us from that show. Simon Cowell - the toughest critic ever was the first on his feet after you sang that song. You are a beautiful sole and I will continue to support ABC2 in your honor. I walked in a cancer walk this weekend with Adam in my heart.
