When I first heard this song, like many, I thought of the relationship between a man and a woman. As I listened again (and again) I realized that the song exactly describes the relationship I have with my daughter! Sometimes, as difficult as it is, you just have to let go in hopes that a loved one will return and all will be well. Thank you, David. . . this song gives me hope.
