Hmm. This was a bit trick to answer... not because I have to think of one, but because I have to choose one. And no, it's not JUST because he signed my brother's guitar in Houston.

Well... David Cook is one of my favorite artists. His taste and style are excellent, his lyrics are powerful and relevant, and his voice is to die for. But, more than for the music, I'm a Word Nerd because David is so kind, thoughtful, philanthropic, diligent, intelligent, and, dare I say it, *adorkable*.

He's inspired us to "give back" through his talents and life story, and his commitment to his brothers is touching.

The way he treats us, his fans, is amazing for someone who is so busy (aren't you going to be glad once you can get some flippin' sleep, David? XD), and he's never been unkind to any of us.
He even does things for fans of others, no matter how rude they may be... (way to go Dave!)

And no matter what, you can count on him for a smile. And some kind act of Adorkableness.
