........... literally. You are "welcome", as in greeted with open arms (okay metaphorical arms). Not sure you get it yet, but we are welcoming you into our lives because you're damned good at what you do, not because you won a TV show. (Although thank goodness because otherwise we woulda never heard of you.) And you're a good guy, and it shows. So, you're welcome.

password issued but its ugly, it never directed me to the "change password" part and I havent been able to find it. I don't want to have to go find it every time and cut/paste a password I have no chance of remembering. I'm sure there must be a place but can't find it. Thanks.
