The Cookinsanity has definitely struck me. This month I am seeing David play four times in ten days. I'll have to check back later as to the mileage I'm racking up. And I've spent over $100 in tickets/seats I haven't used.
Happily I still only have one actual copy of David Cook: the Record.
I heard TOML on the overhead music today and felt cheered up. Luckily no one was around to hear me sing along.

The 32nd annual American Crossword Tournament was in February 2009. It was won once again by the king of crosswords, the prince of punditry, the count of cruciverbalism, Tyler Hinman, in a dramatic finish. You could try youtube to see it yourself. As for me, I went from 14 percentile last year, to 16th this year, to 19th percentile when I let them know I had made an error in puzzle #3. Puzzle #5 was, as usual, the stumbling block. My favorite was the second puzzle, by BE Quigley, with the double identity puns.

Did they ever show the videos from the rest of the miniconcert? The kimmel site isn't working for me. More professional footage, pretty please!

Thanks for pulling these, it's neat to go back and see David before he got his awesomeness all together. Especially those early recaps...a baby before he starts screaming? With a bazooka? Hah. And you can just sense the love growing behind the words.
I would totally do crosswords toegther with David thank you very much. -

that David L Cook should change his name. He keeps getting my itunes all excited. And you forgot the fans who are all 'don't post any negative comments for critics/DC to read'! Sing it acoustic!

Sing it, sister
Thanks for your recap kaydeecee, it was great meeting you! I'm still working on the uploading pictures, I need a different connector, grr. I totally agree about the singing, very in tune but not drowning out the band. There was really an atmosphere of love in the room. Yours, 'funny shirt' girl
