  • Great recap picklesprite. It brought back great memories for me. I was within 5 feet of the ladies from Manilla when David was signing all of those things for them. I wonder if we brushed past each other that day. As observant as David is and aware of his surroundings, I am unobservant.

I am so glad that you had a wonderful time and were able to come to the concerts in Mitchell and Fargo. Now my fingers and toes are crossed that David will return soon to our area.

  • That was a terrific recap. Since I was there to witness your meeting with Beth, Grenvil, Monty, Kyle, Angie, and Jen it was nice to be able hear your details from your perspective. You have a great way with words.

You three are the nicest people and I wish that I could someday visit your country, but finances do not allow that. So I have to say that I hope you can come back and maybe we'll meet again.

Hugs from wavelength in Iowa (just one state to the East of South Dakota).

  • Jen,

Wow, you did a terrific job of recounting our adventure. I have actually nothing to add - I think you got it all. Reading this was like being there and I wish we could do it all over. If they come back for another swing through Iowa, I'll be right there with you again if you'll have me. See you up at Mystic Lake, and take care of yourself, friend.

42 ≡ 6 (mod 6) [Wavelength] Drop to your knees and remember where you came from this is the time to abandon hesitation.

  • Ok, this is really trivial, but I did a similar analysis when Bouncy Dave was released (see previous blog) so here it goes. Did you notice how many times the color red appeared in this video (ydniW)? Dave loves red. (Go back and watch Bouncy Dave and take note of red.)

Here are just a "few" instances. *smirky wink*

(Aren't his lips redder than usual? Sigh)

    The guitar
    The door
Red in the rug on the floor of the studio
    Andy's neck scarf
    The red car
    Red in the trash container
Red neon sign in the window of the business accross the street

  • Just wanted to say thanks for the opportunity to see David and the band in concert. There were two colleges within distance for me to attend. I'm happy to say that I have tickets and am looking forward to the concert.

I think it is terrific that college kids will have a chance to see Dave and the band. When it costs over $10,000 to attend even a state university, let alone a private one, I think it's very considerate to have the tickets offered to students for a reasonable price. Most of us fans have already seen him on the AI tour.

  • KC

KC has my vote, since it's within driving distance for me (5 hours). I would have dificulty swinging plane fare for a site further away. (Omaha is even better...wink)
