The pics and clips have been fantastic and this new Vlog makes me feel like I am right there with you.

What an amazing experience thisweekend. A short recap:
Flew in to DC, checked in at Marriott, proceeded to rejoice with DCO'ers.
Lovely dinner with new and old friends, showed up first to Phil Marshall concert,
Met tons of new friends, got lots of new signatures in my 'DC journal', talked with Monty and Phil M.
Enjoyed great acoustic Phil M show.
Made late night preparations for the race, sleep estimate-4-5 hrs.Wake up at dawn to steaming heat and humidity.
Join David Cook's "team for a cure" on the street.

I have never participated in an event like this, but I am really looking forward to it.
Remembering those that didn't make it and bringing hope to those that are still struggling will make for an emotional but fulfilling day I am sure. Thanks for bringing together this terrific team of over 300 people that I feel I can call friends.

Nice diversion
I downloaded the No Reply song so I could listen to it at my leisure. I find that I am liking it.
I can hear shades of David in several parts of both the music and the lyrics. I enjoy listening to it even as it makes me melancholy for more David Cooks songs to be sung by David himself.
Thanks for the introduction to Frankie, I hope there are more collaborations in the future as David's music library grows.
