I see this finally made it to the right spot!

I want more, more David Cook! (tm paula). I love it! This is one well rounded guy! This yrs AI brings us Nick/Norman-Norman/Nick who is hilarious imo, but since it's about the singing will not advance.

David Cook can sing (which, um, doesn't even begin to describe it!), but is also hilarious!

I found out as an adult that I have dyslexia. I am now a tutor for children with dyslexia. So here's the deal, dyslexia can effect one's reading comprehension, not because he/she isn't intelligent, but because deciphering the words being read is difficult. Also people with this learning disability can be very prolific writers.

I have to say, you are really something! You have given us so much with your music and will continue to do so and that's truly all we can ask of you. However, you continue to go above and beyond for your fans.

Have a great tour! The college students need to know what they're missing if they don't already know!

BTW, Love the hat and longer hair (since I know my own personal opinion means so much to you ). lol

Nomads, it's all good. I'm thinking this tour is only the first of more to come. And no doubt while each concert will be awesome , they'll only get better and better as they go. Sold out venues=more David Cook and Band!

Why I'm a Fan

I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...Because of David Cook I just sat through 8 aspiring artists tonight at a local bar which features the best music in my city. Each artist did 5 songs. You do the math. (Um, I have to get up early in the morning.) This is something I would have never taken the time to do before. Many of these songwriter/artists were very worth listening to! Their music is something I would have never had taken the time to listen to before. However, because DC decided to take the plunge on AI, I realized there may be others out there I could be missing. THIS is the culmination of my being a fan of this amazing guy!

This also is the day that I realized (having seen yet another new song by him online, "Souvenir"), that the title of American Idol doesn't fit DC. No, it doesn't. It's just too small! Why? Well, good music doesn't necessarily come from someone who is commercial and 'fits the mold'. No, good music comes from an artist. David is an artist! He's not a musician, he's not a singer, he's not even a performer (although he does all of these well), he's an artist!

In the music world there is so much more to discover and he's made me realize this. Thank you David Cook, words CANNOT describe what you have opened my eyes to!!!!! Therefore, neither can a page on a blog!
