Wow! That was awesome. The description of the buildup to the start of the concert was just as good as the concert review, and you have a way of writing that just puts us Right There. Is that a tear rolling down my cheek? *sniff*. And thank you for putting your finger on the dynamics of this band:

Aaww Swanny, you made me think of my mom in that part when your son's describing his job and you go 'uh-huh, yep, got it', but she and my dad will parachute in any time I call *is that a tear? Swats! Remembers to call mom later....*
Your recap had so much heart in it. I wanna join the line waiting to hug you (it'd be like vicariously hugging Dave won't it? LOL).

David: after 91 concert dates, you just get hotter n hotter. Love ya, dude. Have checked out "Burn Burn" and I'm warming up to it. Is there a "golfing with Raine, part deux" ? We like to keep track of these things LOL.

It's like a summary of all my favourite memories. It's not so much about the music or the art, but the journey to them and back that sort of helps us find a little bit more of ourselves.
Or like David said: it's not so much about achieving the experience but experiencing the experience. Did I just butcher that? LOL, well you get the point.
