So, like many of you, I decided to sit down and enjoy the idol season 8 finale tonight. I had been an avid Adam Lambert fan for most of the season; last night I made sure I voted for him (44 times to be exact). I truly did and still do believe that he was the most talented contestant of the entire season. For me, in those tense moments before Ryan Seacrest announced the winner, I was hoping that the most talented person would win. When Kris's name was called, I was stunned. Don't get me wrong, Kris DEFINITELY is a very talented individual.

The fact that you were able to participate in the race with the emotional burden you carry is amazing. I am very sorry about the loss of your brother. My uncle died of cancer when I was 5, so I didn't know him very well. However, I do remember certain moments from the hospital, and my parents remind me how much pain he was in toward the end of his life. No one should ever have to suffer from a sickness as debilitating as cancer.

Great Interview, however...
Larry King might not be the best person to interview people like David. In fact, he doesn't seem to have a clue who many of his guests are. However, it was nice to see David on TV again. I'm amazed he didn't burst out laughing at some of Larry's dumb questions ("Where are the initials?"). LOL!!!
