I'm a fan (and you should be too) because... well he's DAVID COOK which means he's basically the incarnation of pure vocal awesome.....not to mention he has amazing songs and songwriting skills.....he's a genuinely good person....he's hilarious...and amazing and awesome and I used to never be able to pick my favorite artist or type of music...now I can...Genre: AWESOME Artist: DAVID COOK Song: Anything and everything he sings!!! so why wouldn't I be a fan....I mean there's soooooo many awesome things about him that I can't find a single reason to NOT like him.....unless you've never heard him and you're jealous? or maybe you're just stupid?

He's just such a genuine person....he's a role model for all of us...He's been in the public eye for just barely a year now but even whilst still on AI he used his fame and publicity to help with charities...especially for people with cancer....He really hasn't let the fame get to his head...he's still such a down-to-earth person

IDK i was rewatching his audition on YouTube (cuz thats just what i do) and i remember the first time i saw it i was like "Wow this guy's amazing I hope he goes far"...when i heard "Hello" I was speechless and couldn't wait for the next performances...when i heard "Eleanor Rigby"...well thats when i was like "oh my god i love this dude!"...and the rest...is history......i find it hysterical that in the audition the judges tell him to work on his personality or something along those lines...when his personality was one of the first things that made me want him to succeed...before i became hopelessly addicted

He's also actually smart...there are a lot of people in this world that are just really really stupid...like to the point where you are embarrassed for them....David is TOTALLY NOT one of them...i still remember when they did the thing for Idol about things people don't know about each contestant and he talked about doing crossword puzzles...and being a word nerd...AND i noticed then that he was a lefty...IM A LEFTY TOO!!! so i almost always automatically gravitate toward people who are also lefty's...and he's a word nerd too!! like me....so i can probably ramble on and on and on for hours upon hours on end...but if i do that this will never be posted....and my fingers will probably fall off...
