I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...the man has more talent in his litle pinky than most artist out there today or in the past even dreamed of having. He captured my heart right away at his AI audition. I knew right then and there he would do well. I was watching and called my daughter into the living room. "You gotta come see this guy...you're gonna love his hair. And DAMN...he can sing his ASS off too!" I looked forward to watching him progress week after week. In some ways I hoped he'd win but in others I wasn't sure. I mean, look what happened to some other winners....they turned out to be nothing but a fly by night after who you never hear from again. I wanted SO much more for David. He DESERVED SO MUCH MORE!! I have no idea why he wasn't discovered before AI. The man can sing anything and it sounds amazing. There is just something about his tone that makes me go crazy. His songwriting skills are also unbelievable. Analog Heart has become one of my favorite albums of all time. The words have so much meaning. Ok...I'll admit it...he is also SEXY as HELL!! I mean DAMN!! He has more carisma than anyone I know. He is sexier to me than any Brad Pitt or George Clooney. The man oozes sexiness. His eyes, lips, skin, hair....just mind boggling. And the man has a little junk in his trunk...and I'm alright with that!! And his sense of humor is honestly...his #1 feature to me! Gotta love that nerdy dork! Now...to mention the part of David that touches my heart...his caring and giving soul. He cares about his fans! Not to mention he is very close to his family! To see him with kids just melts my heart. His connection with Lindsey Rose was amazing to see first hand. He treated her like a star that day. And the fact that he plans to use his success to help with cancer research is also outstanding.

I just can't think of anything bad to say about David. I mean, no I don't know him personally (even though I wish I did!) and he may have flaws...but I have yet to see any. HE IS JUST AN AMAZING HUMAN BEING! I just hope and pray that sucess doesn't lead him away from his roots and that he stays grounded throughout his rockstar journey as many before him have. I will be there to support him in everything he does. I wish him all the success in the world because HE DESERVES IT!!
