I think this one was influenced by a few specific real-life things: I read that Lady Gaga has 13 costume changes in her show. People were posting recaps of recent casino shows. Bobs.mom did that whole Davemas carol thing last weekend. I sat in the VIP balcony section at Greensboro. Also, I had pizza for dinner about 9 p.m., which may have made some weird digestion-y agitation happen.

I'm sitting here in my office crying, after reading this recap. You see, my family has gone through the testing of this and the testing of that, and the doctors' confusion, and the spinal taps and the scans, and the tentative diagnoses that scare the crap out of you because some of them are death sentences.
