Ok David, seriously! This video is a great little tidbit of you unleashing your inner rock self and we love it! Really enjoying watching you get into your own music and letting go.

I just couldn't resist putting this fanvid that pweller posted the link to here at DCO on my profile page. "SMILE" is one of my favorite songs. It's a happy little tune and the first time that I heard the lyrics well, they just had DAVID written all over them! His music, his smile, his huge heart...they all make ME smile ... effortlessly!

Along with others that have already posted, I was filled with emotion by David's video from his trip to Ethopia. David was well spoken, humble, and hopefull for the future of these unfortunate girls. He brought attention to the fact that many of these girls have no parents, no future. I am sure that David's visit will be a memory that the girls will hold in their hearts. The smiles, the bonding that went on during that week (especially between David and Magnus - seriously, look at their eyes!) and "Heroes" playing in the background of the clip - just beckons all of us to do what we can.

Any little “cookie crumbs” about DCTR2 are greatly appreciated! I’m soo looking forward to hearing the progression that David’s music is taking and even though I am anxious to get my ears around it I respect that David will not be releasing the cd until he feels it is ready. Our man is very wise, very talented, very creative. I know that he is going to totally blow us away...”massive choruses, a dynamic record that pushes the interplay between loud and soft, slow and fast,” his magnificant voice delivering vocals that grab us with music that takes us on a ride that we don’t want to end.

I am looking forward to seeing David's footage from his Ethiopia trip on IGB. What an experience this has been for him and what life-long memories this journey holds for him. Always speaking from his heart, I am sure that he will touch all of us. Isn't it kismet that he watched Annie Lenox's performance from the balcony on S7's IGB and was moved and now he will be on the stage beckoning us to make a difference, to "give back" ourselves? Kinda a full "circle" moment, huh?
