I'm a fan because David has gone above and beyond for his fans and has proven himself to be an amazing artist. We all had the pleasure to share his AI Journey and the Summer Tour with him. I am so excited for all of the great things to come this fall! I am a fan because of David's integrity to himself and his music. I am blown away with his Axium/Analog Heart songs. How someone at such a young age could compose such deep, emotional songs is incredible.

9-23-08: I just listened to David's single "Light On." I am speechless. It was fantastic. The glory notes and the passion in his voice, beautiful. To say that I am a fan after hearing this song seems trite and trivial. I am an enthusiast and a devotee of David Cook.

10-6-08: The new video of the making of "Light On" was a wonderful surprise from David! He looked so relaxed and in his element. It was nice to see he him having some down time and hanging out with friends. I have listened to LO many times and I have found the song has a very special meaning for me, particularly the third verse. I'm sure this song holds a very personal meaning for David as well.

10-15-08: Such an exciting day for David and us! The album is finished, the tracks on the record were revealed, the album cover looks great, the video is being shot this week and the best news is SNL on 11-1-08! David was beeming when he said he and his band will be performing on SNL. I am so enjoying this journey!

11-3-08: SNL was outstanding! It was so amazing seeing David and his band perform for the first time together. I will always have the memory embedded in my mind. I am so excited for the video, the CD in a few weeks and all the TV appearances! Once again.. I am so enjoying this incredible journey!

12-20-08: Happy Birthday, David! 26 years old! So young, yet so intelligent and an "old soul indeed." I am enjoying DCTR immensely! I think it's a stellar record. Every song on the album is incredible. To think this work of art was completed in less than 3 months. Unbelievable. My favorites are CBTM, IDIFY, Lie, Avalanche, Life on the Moon and Permanent. I think Permanent is one of the most beautiful songs of today. I have read some personal tradgedies on these boards from people who have been touched by Cancer. I too lost my Mother to Cancer in 1996. Permanent reminds me of the quiet conversations we had. Thank you David for creating your many works of art! I will be listening to this CD for the rest of my days.

1-1-09: Happy New Year! I saw David's performance on TV at the Mirage in Las Vegas last night. Great performance as usual! 2008 is over. It went so quickly. To think, this time a year ago David was preparing himself to begin the competition, unknowing how drastically his life would change and how he would captivate thousands if not millions of people. I am still in awe of this man and this stellar CD.

5-12-09: Almost a year since David won AI. Incredible to believe. This has been an amazing year for David but it turned to sadness last week when Adam passed. My heart breaks for him and his family. He truly loved Adam. He was the bright light in his life. I was so amazed at the outpouring of love for David and his family. Beautiful. I wrote a few poems/songs for David and his family. He is a remarkable man, to think he ran the Race for Cure just hours after learning Adam passed is astounding. I am proud to be a fan and I will be for the rest of my days...

8-22-09: I am enjoying the Declaration Tour Videos. It truly is the "Summer of David/ The Summer of You." I cannot wait until November when David perfroms at the AZ State Fair. So much has happened since the tour began; happiness, heartache and triumph but David has made it through. I am enjoying this sharing this experience with David everyone at DCO immensely!
