In the off chance that you ACTUALLY read this.... I wanted you to know that I am mother to your youngest fan. My son, Tristan, was 2 years old when he first saw you on American Idol and he has NEVER forgotten you. We watched American Idol every week last year. Other contestants would sing and he would not pay any attention. But when you started to sing, he would stop in his tracks and ask, "Who dat?" I would tell him and he would repeat, "David Cook. David Cook sings." Mind you, my son's speech was delayed a bit and he didn't have many words at that point.
