I am so glad I checked the PBox thread one more time! I Floved your recap and the fact that you are a writer, because you gave all the experiences the personal levels one would see if they were right there with you.

Ahh, Canadian Lady, that was a worthy Backstory Post, I believe parts of it are echoed everywhere you read here, and yet, we all have an individual story, a reason we find ourselves at DCO. Thank you for giving yours such substance.
And - waiting with ill-concealed impatience for the rest!

I was listening to the cellcast of this show - and heard that shared phone call on your drive home. The enthusiasm and high spirits had me LOL - literally - and you both did an amazing job of recalling all the details of the evening, Thanks for making it possible for so many other people to join you!

Chawan - I came to send a PM - and stayed reading your entries - this is the only one I have time to comment on today - because I SO strongly agree - the show may have been a crash course in media and TV skills for a musical artist, may have shown David the real levels of hard work he was capable of to get what he wanted, may have created opportunities and offered resources and contacts that were impossible to conceive of one year before, but the David we have now was there all along.
I'll have to come back and read more, in my 'copious free time.' (snerk)

Well, AngelBabe - you may be a rarer type of introvert than I am - INTJ - I think I get a little more than 1% - not that it's much more - and certainly the disassociation is, as you say, familiar. But I have discovered that while there may be no people 'like me' in 100 square miles, or more - there are, on the internet - and just a tad easier to find.
Notice, I did say "just a tad".

Expulsion of the Floater
Angelbabe - I had no idea the FloatyBox was still annoying you - here's it's passport to oblivion.
Click on the thing...it will tell you nevermind - we have all the answers we need...but it will offer you a FAQ...click on that...about halfway down the FAQ page, there's an option to make it go away...click on that, it should never again come back atcha like the Ghost of AdMen past.
