Avalanche. Freakin’ Avalanche, acoustic. My most bestest pony, one I never expected to hear because we’ve never had it and everytime I play the song in my office, I long to hear how David would manipulate it. Here’s my wish being granted. Oh my gawd. Why yes, those are tears rolling down my face. Sniffles. Breathholding. Bliss. Thankyouthankyouthankyou David.

You paint a beautiful image with your words. The details you were able to absorb and retain about your surroundings and the people you met along the way is awe-inspiring. I feel like I was with you every step of the way so far, and I can't wait to read part two.

...this is a great, very thoughtful recap, Yak. I appreciate your candor, and I'm sorry you feel like you got a little less than 100% Dave. Though as you said, even when not at his ultimate best, he's still one of the best there is.

So happy for you
David and his music have done amazing things for so many people, and I'm sure he doesn't know but a fraction of it. I'm so glad that you were able to get yourself out of the hospital and share your story with David, and thank you so much for sharing it with us. I'm looking forward to your concert recap, and to seeing you post more in DWoP.
