First, let me start by saying that I am fully aware that Mr. Cook himself will never read this. I know his adores his fans and is a sweet man, but I know he is way too busy to read each and every comment or blog by all of his fans.

I am not a person who has ever joined a celebrity's website, fan club, etc. in my life. I have never wanted to meet a famous person before and I have only attended 4 concerts in my 32 yrs of life. I've never had a "crush" or was a truly devoted fan to anyone. I used to watch American Idol sometimes, but I wasn't a die-hard fan.

That all changed, the day that David Cook entered my life on American Idol. My husband and I knew that you would be a force to reckon with throughout the competition and we knew you would come out on top. Every week we looked forward to seeing you perform and taking an ordinary song or even an already extraordinary song and making it your own. You have an alluring charisma, an extraordinary voice, a captivating charm, a down to earth and genuine personality, and a humbleness and sensitivity that melts your fans hearts. (I think that your good looks and your half smile/grin when you sing are just icing on the cake that your fans are additionally blessed to appreciate and love).

I am a happily married mother of 2 beautiful children. I have a 6 yr old son and a 1 yr old little girl. My husband is the most amazing and supportive man in the world and I absolutely adore him. I think that he looks like Mr. Cook but with darker hair, darker eyes, and olive skin. I have 2 German Shepherd Puppies, a female 10 month old and 9 month old male that I rescued and had to rehabilitate. I also have 2 cats.

Everyday of my life I suffer from severe vertigo, dizziness, nausea and/or migraines. I found out that I have a disease called Meniere's. It has no cause or cure and I have lost most of my low frequency hearing. Loud noises to me are like 10 x louder than they are to most people. I will only get worse over time, so I just appreciate all of my blessings and take each day at a time.

Everyday is a struggle for me to function and act "normal" or do everyday activities that people take for granted like taking a shower, cooking, walking, etc. I haven't driven or worked in over 3 yrs due to my disability and I have had to make many accomodations in my life to live day to day.

Your music is my inspiration and motivation to keep me plugging away. I put in your music and depending on the song feel motivated, feel stronger, my spirits lift, or I begin to dance. You and your music literally help me be a better person everyday.

I try to live eveyday like it is my last and make each moment count. I connected with your music the first day that I heard your voice...basically, "you had me at "Hello". I am a very bubbly person with a really positive attitude, and I try to never complain about being sick. Life is too short and you can't let it pass you by.

I really just want you to know that you are truly talented and gifted. You have all of the components necessary to exceed beyond your wildest dreams. You have touched people in so many ways, and I just wanted to thank you for giving me the gift of your voice and music. You are truly magical and I wish you all of the success, luck, love, and happiness in the world.

I truly am one of your most dedicted fans. You impact my life with your music, passion, looks, and personality on a daily basis and keep me going so I can live my life daily and be the best wife, mother, friend, and daughter I can be despite being sick everyday.

P.S. We are both December babies and you share the same humor that my husband and I do....(Clarence would be proud of you.....lol)
