I have never found an artist that puts so much of himself into a song. This song has no metaphors and figurative language. David says exactly how he feels. He puts so much raw emotion into this song that he cried. I know we've seen him cry before, but I feel this is something different. This song is his own. I can't wait to hear the full versions of this and all of his songs.

I'm not a fan of the video. I love the song. I think that it shows his vocals amazingly. However I don't like the video. I don't see Light On as a love song. I think of it as leaving behind friends and family to go off and live your own life, not leaving a girlfriend or boyfriend behind. But that's just my own interpretation of the song. And I don't understand why he's on a football field.
However I do love to watch him sing. He always puts everything into singing a song and it's a wonderful thing to see.

OMG!!! I have to tell you that after reading the lyrics I was expecting something with a completely different tone. This is soooo much better than I was expecting and since David is so amazing I already had such high expectations, but he totally exceeded them. I keep listening to it over and over again. Great job! Yo have all our support.

Exceeds Already High Expectations
OMG I am listening to the CD right now and I am in awe. I don't think I would ever hear an artist with such originality and vocals. There are very few artists out there, I think, that rival David's talent. Normally I don't want to tell people about music that I love, I want to keep it to myself. However I want to share this with everyone I've ever liked, known, met, seen, heard of. Everybody needs to listen to this album. Listening to this, I got that feeling that I usually only get while listening to my favorite band, Ingram Hill. David, you are truly amazing.
