David has honestly changed my life over these past months. I was going thru a very difficult time in my life, and when I saw him grow and mature as a performer, a musician, and a man during his time on American Idol, it gave me hope for the future. That was something I had lost after my mother's passing in 2007...

Because of his performances on AI, I discovered "Analog Heart", and those songs are some of the most incredible songs I have ever heard (especially 'Silver'). I am a big music lover, and I believe that music IS the universal language. When you hear something that reaches down to your inner core--your very SOUL--and makes you feel ALIVE again--it is absolutely impossible to describe. David's voice, and especially his own lyrics, that came from his soul to touch our (the listeners') souls--there is NOTHING more passionate in life than that.

For all of that, and for helping me to appreciate life--the beauty, the happiness, and most of all, the EMOTION of life--I can only say to David, "Thank you so very much."
