I was recently with my adult son and my husband, who love to tease me about my DaveObsession. Mind you, they have never really sat down and listened to his voice, nor do they marvel over the various body parts that seem to entice me. I was kind of smug when the discussion came to what he was wearing on a particular photo I was showing them, one of the various plaid shirts, and they both agreed that he looks like every other college kid. I don't know why that hit me as kind of nice. They didn't think he was ugly, nor that his hair was bad, nope, they just said that he looked normal.
